Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and unworn.

  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.

  • Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • A valid order number or proof of purchase is required.

MinhajStudio reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet these conditions.

Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are damaged or incorrect:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Discounted or promotional purchases

  • Gift cards

  • Customized or made-to-order products

  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide your order number along with clear photos of the product and packaging.

  • Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or another suitable resolution at no additional cost.

Exchange Process

If you would like to exchange an item:

  1. Contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Wait for exchange approval and instructions.

  3. Return the item in its original condition.

  4. Once received and inspected, we will dispatch the replacement item, subject to stock availability.

If the requested size or product is unavailable, we may offer an alternative item or store credit.

Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Contact our customer support with your order details.

  2. Follow the return instructions provided by our team.

  3. Ship the item back in its original condition.

  4. After inspection and approval, your refund or store credit will be processed.

Refund Policy

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method whenever possible.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be issued through a bank transfer or store credit.

Please allow 7โ€“10 business days after approval for the refund to be processed.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item sent by MinhajStudio, we will cover the return shipping costs.

  • For all other returns or exchanges, the customer is responsible for the shipping charges unless stated otherwise.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will be subject to this Return & Exchange Policy.
